Export services and solutions
Buying vehicles is the easy part. What decides whether a programme works is everything around it: specification, compliance, shipping, parts and the capability of the workshop that will service the vehicles. These are the services we run alongside the vehicle supply.
Dealer Solutions
For importers and dealer groups launching a new vehicle brand in their market. We help with territory and volume planning, the launch stock mix, showroom specification sheets and marketing assets, the parts package sized for the first service intervals, technician training including high-voltage certification for electric models, and a warranty procedure that can actually be operated locally. The goal is a programme that survives its second year, when the first customers start needing parts and warranty work.
Fleet Solutions
For operators buying vehicles for their own use: taxi and ride-hailing companies, logistics and distribution fleets, hotel and shuttle operators, mining and energy site fleets, and government or NGO procurement teams. We match the vehicle and powertrain to the duty cycle rather than selling the longest-range option, plan the spare parts holding around your route pattern, and quote depot charging requirements for electric fleets. Tender documentation and technical specification sheets are prepared to your procurement format.
Overseas Assembly Projects
For partners setting up local assembly. We define the kit content against your customs authority's knocked-down test, supply numbered crate manifests for line-side receipt, provide assembly documentation and torque specifications, and send technicians to commission the first batches. We also plan the consumables and line-side parts holding, which is the part most first-time assemblers underestimate.
CKD/SKD Assembly Solutions
Complete knocked down and semi knocked down kits are quoted as an alternative to complete built-up import wherever the destination tariff structure rewards local assembly. We advise on which model fits your facility's real capability, prepare the kit definition so it passes the customs classification test, and stage kit deliveries against your assembly line rate rather than shipping a year of stock at once.
Vehicle Parts Supply
Spare parts supplied with the vehicle order and on repeat: service parts for the scheduled intervals, commonly damaged body panels and lighting units, brake and suspension wear parts, and high-failure electrical components. We build the first parts package from the model and expected duty cycle, then adjust the replenishment list once real failure data comes back from your workshop.
Export Compliance & Documentation
Certificate of origin, conformity and type approval documents, emission compliance certificates, battery transport certification for electric vehicles, and destination-specific pre-shipment inspection where the importing country requires it. We confirm the exact document list against your customs authority before the contract, not after loading.
International Logistics
Roll-on/roll-off and container shipping quoted side by side where both are available, including inland transport to the port, terminal handling and the pre-loading inspection record. For electric vehicles we manage battery state of charge to the shipping line requirement, and for kit shipments we handle crate fumigation certification.
After-Sales Support
Technical documentation and service manuals, diagnostic tooling access, technician training, warranty claim procedure, and a named contact for technical questions after delivery. For electric and range-extended vehicles we include high-voltage safety training, without which a workshop cannot legally work on the traction system.
Tell us which of these you need alongside the vehicles, and we will include them in the quotation rather than treating them as extras discovered later.
